Aiala
Earth. Aila is the first god of the old gods to have a gender. She is considered the mother of plants and animals, though intelligent creatures do not stem from her, but from Chaos. Worshippers often focus on the cycle of life and death and the balance of the earth: things must die to feed the earth for new things to grow. Priestesses wear a crown of roses that starts as thorns, the rosebuds, then full blooms, the wilting flowers. They are magically imbued to portray all life stages on the same crown. Followers may have pendants that are similarly enchanted. There are male priests, but they are rare. There are many transgender or asexual priestesses, however. Her worshippers are from every alignment depending on how they view the cycle of life and their role in it.
