Welcome to the Adventure
Get Caught Up on the Story Here!
I Mean, We've Had Worse Plans
Carindrina and Adalia are the blind leading the blind without the help of the assassins, but it will be very difficult for them to traverse the vampire infested city without sight. They decide to raid the wine cellar first. They also steal dresses, jewels, romance novels, and a diary.
Oooh, Ahhh, that's how it always starts. Then later there's running and screaming.
The group struggles with the fact that even monsters can have daddy issues. They find some more horrors and even some answers in the crypts under Stoneblood Manor. Then they retire for the evening with a lovely party.
But Hear Me Out---FIREBALL!
The group repeats several patterns: waterboarding, setting things on fire, and really struggling with puzzles. They attempt to interrogate Onyx but are frustrated with his split between innocence and evil, and decide to put their questions on hold while they find the children’s families to reunite them. They enlist the help of the local Ranger’s Guild (The Feyblossom Guild), and are visited by a mysterious creature in the woods.
There Isn't Mushroom For Error
The fungal fey continue a fierce battle where magical darkness and magical terrain lend them an extreme advantage. The group struggles though, but is this only a small indication of the challenges ahead? Carindrina feels a call she hasn't heard in a long time. She had thought herself corrupted, but maybe she will find the iron in her veins isn't gone at all.
The Path, The Key, The Hidden Door
After much debate, Belladonna seeks to find a ranger portal to help expedite the return to Balvonier. WIth less than 2 days to the end of the festival, and the life of Adele Greenbrush hanging in the balance, maybe they can save her before she is taken. Upon arrival, they find clue they weren't expecting.
I Only Waterboard People to Bless Them!!!
The group agrees to help the town, but they end up waterboarding more than one person, repeatedly neglecting to give food to the starving masses of Lowtown, causing destruction to private property, possibly abandoning an orphan, inventing a waterslide, and learning another new secret.
Who Lives, Who Dies, Who Tells Your Story?
Back to Thornyside...
The group had recently tried to heal a dungeon full of prisoners. Nira, channeling divine energy, released a positive pulse. While many captives were healed, three turned into vampires, the positive energy hurting them. With the three vampires in cages with other captives, as well as all three cages too far apart to fight all at once, the group had moments to make a plan, come together, and save the day. But can they save everyone?
Who lives?
Who dies?
Who tells your story?
For Whom the Bell Tolls
As our adventurers ready to travel to Thornyside, they are presented with a choice of how to travel. On the way they meet a sweet character, and are given a warning. They break into the city, and help a young woman break out of the city. Then search for answers until the church bells chime.
I'm Not Saying It Was The Fey...But It Was The Fey--Belladonna's Inner Monologue
Everyone wakes up ready to make a plan. They decide to talk to James first before chasing down a lead that both Venus and Brelladonna found, though they were looking for different things. James drops a bomb about promises, gods, love, and the safety of the town. A quick trip to the fey leads to some weird revelations and danger for Venus and Galia, but is the group any further along in solving the mystery, or deeper into a minefield of questions?
Oh, Right. The Sword. The Sword to Bless the Glasserunes, the Sword Chosen Especially to Kill the Vampires, the Glasserune Sword.
The group remembers that the key ingredient to the ceremony they have agreed to perform is the sword that they returned to the holy water and crystal sheath. With about an hour before the ceremony is supposed to start, they rush to figure out how to get the sword back. Blitherby and James arrive, the ceremony occurs, and everyone is suspicious. With a very long day behind them, they retire to IronKey House and meet a surprise friend in the garden before bed.
The Gang Splits Up
How honest is too honest? The group wavers on exactly how much to tell James, who seems grateful, but also doesn't seem to believe that there was anything other than a cellar below the house. Carindrina makes a friend with Karkov, and the party splits to find out more information before meeting back at the cemetery to perform the ritual for James' father's burial.
Sex, What?, and Rock n' Roll
It seems as though James may not be as innocent as he seemed, but Blitherby is also suspicious. A chase through the festival yields a choice of three paths. After stealing some mail, the group visits a brothel, meeting new friends for some of the group, and old friends for others. Things turn topsy-turvy as a secret about James is discovered.
The One Where Furus D*I*E*S
The search for the Glasserune sword gets interesting. Finding traps at every turn, they are left to wonder who set them, and who wants them dead? An encounter in the cemetery confirms the presence of some unsavory characters, but can the group connect these two shady suspects to any of the problems in town?
Oh My God(s)!!!
Exploring a secret passage leads to more questions than answers. What is poisoning the water? There are several temples, but all of them seem not quite right. Two coffins contain the remains of what may be vampires, so could the Glasserune curse be real? So many clues, but do any of them fit with the current mystery? The clock ticks down.
But What About the Children?!
Tasked with finding the lost children of Balvonier, the group reluctantly reconvenes, heading to the Red Pony Tavern to attempt to gather information. Once there, they are recruited to help with a more pressing problem. How will this affect the search for the children? Could these incidents be related?
Welcome to Balvonier!
Our story begins in a vibrant city, surrounded by a dizzying and ever-encroaching forest, as a large festival starts that will carry through the week. With so many people flooding the city, how will our group meet? What secrets does the forest hold? Who can they trust? Everyone has their own agenda, but can they unite to solve a mystery?
